Duration of Contract: All Airtime Service Agreements (other than prepaid SIMs) are for a minimum term of one (1) year. All terms revert to month to month plans after the initial term.
Early terminations: Early terminations of service are subject to a $375.00 ($600 for Explorer and Value plans) cancellation fee per terminal. Notice of termination should be via email to email@example.com no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any term of this Agreement. Globalcom reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time during the contract period.
Unused airtime will roll over (for prepaid SIMs only) if the service is renewed prior to expiration.
Service Cancellation: An email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing 30 days notice is required for cancellation. Please include the SIM card number. Service cannot be cancelled via a phone call to Globalcom. Service is not cancelled until the customer has received an email confirmation.
Returns: All sale of electronic items are final. In some circumstances Globalcom will accept return of products. All approved returns must be unopened and in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all approved returns.
